Free Pizza!

Delicious Pizza
Mmmm ... pizza.  Doesn't it look yummy?  One of our favorite can't-be-bothered-to-cook-so-let's-pay-someone-else-to-do-it foods, especially on a Saturday night.  We prefer Little Caesars, mostly because their Hot-n-Ready pizzas are such a good deal, but our least favorite has to be Pizza Hut.  Their pizza is always greasy and unpleasant, for our taste anyway, and it is never an option when we are deciding where to go.  You might say we are "antipathetic" to their nasty little pizza pies.  Word-Of-The-Day strikes again.

Anyway, the other day Tara tells me she called in to the local radio station, Mix106, to enter their guess-the-noise contest, and won! (It was a lighter apparently).
Our prize?
Free pizza! Yay!
Where?
At Pizza Hut! Dammit!

Oh well, it's free, right?  Lunch date here we come!

We should have eaten the coupon instead.

We had the buffet, if you can call it such.  Three different kinds of pizza, most of which were pretty much all gone, and a salad bar comprising lettuce, two chunks of cucumber, a couple of slices of tomato and a sprinkling of croutons.  That's what was available, not what we took.  Oh, and there was some very crusty garlic bread that didn't appear to have any garlic in it.

They did replenish the pizza after about half an hour, so we got so have some more grease, but no more salad was forthcoming.  We finished with the dessert pizza, basically a pizza-shaped cinnamon roll, which wasn't too bad, but overall it was pretty much what we were expecting.

Pizza Hut, you have failed again.
